BlockBreakout OPPrison - Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By using or accessing any part of the BlockBreakout Prison, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("TOS"). If you disagree with any part of the TOS, then you may not access the server.

2. User Responsibilities

  • 2.1. Users must not use the server to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • 2.2. Cheating, using mods, or any other actions that give you an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
  • 2.3. All players are responsible for securing their accounts. The server is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Purchases

  • 3.1. All purchases made on BlockBreakout OPPrison are deemed final. Refunds will not be given once a purchase is made.
  • 3.2. All purchases must be made by an individual who is 18 years of age or older. If the purchaser is under the age of 18, the purchase must be approved or made by a parent or legal guardian. It's the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with this term.
  • 3.2. Attempting to chargeback or reverse a payment will result in immediate and permanent banning from both the server and our associated services.
  • 3.3. All virtual goods and services are provided "as is", without any warranties or guarantees.
  • 3.4. Players are solely responsible for safeguarding their in-game items. In the event of loss, theft, or accidental deletion of any in-game item that was acquired through a purchase, BlockBreakout OPPrison is under no obligation to replace or refund such items. Players are encouraged to exercise caution and vigilance in safeguarding their valuables within the game.

4. Server Rules

  • 4.1. All players are subject to the server rules. Failure to follow the rules can result in a temporary or permanent ban.
  • 4.2. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.

5. Data and Privacy

  • 5.1. We may collect and store information about you if we have a reason to, for instance, to provide our services, to communicate with you, or to improve our services.
  • 5.2. We won’t share your personal data with anyone, except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 6.1. The server and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use the server; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

7. Changes to TOS

  • 7.1. We may revise the TOS from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our server's website.
